STORE POLICIES

Purchases WILL NOT be refunded or exchanged due to buyers remorse or negligence on customers behalf. Such as ordering incorrect size, incorrect style, or incorrect fabric, and/or improper cleaning recommendations.​ Should something be wrong with an item you purchased when you receive the item, BEFORE it is worn or washed, please reach out to saylorschicboutique@gmail.com WITHIN 3 standard days of receiving. After the 3 standard days, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange for your purchase.

 

​Garment care: Wash inside out with cold water with like colors, hang to dry.​ No bleach or fabric softeners.

CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME

The current TAT for all orders is 30-35 business days, excluding weekends & holidays. TAT does not include shipping time, as shipping delays are out of my control.
